COVID-19
Like many others, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our small business in numerous ways, and continues to do so. We are committed to prioritizing the health of both our members and our staff, and will take all viable measures necessary to ensure a safe environment for everyone to visit our facility in Croydon, Melbourne.
Please see below a summary of our core systems and procedures in place:
GENERAL OPERATIONS
– Paper-less systems. All payments are processed online, communications via email and social media, use of electronic devices.
– Implementation of screening questionnaire prior to entry to facility.
– Services will evolve as the pandemic restrictions evolve. Earth to Body may offer a variety of in-person and online services during this time, which will be subject to change.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
– Group training session numbers will be restricted as necessary to comply with social distancing requirements, relative to the size of our studio. Numbers will be controlled by online booking system.
– Patrons will be provided instructions for safe, staggered entry and exit of premises.
– Gym equipment will be positioned as required to maintain safe social distancing.
SANITATION
– Adequate hand washing facilities are on site.
– Hand sanitizer is available to patrons.
– Gym equipment will be wiped down with disinfectant in between sessions and time will be purposely allocated to accommodate this.
– High touch points ie. door handles will be sanitized hourly/more often as needed.
– Environmental cleaning will be carried out in line with Department of Health recommendations.
CONTACT TRACING
– All patrons will only be able to access our facility via online booking system (MINDBODY), to ensure adequate record keeping
– Walk-ins discouraged. If able to accommodate walk-ins, online registration with staff will still be required prior to engaging in gym services.
– Patrons encouraged to activate COVIDSafe app when visiting our premises.
– Earth to Body will cooperate with governing authorities if information is required for submission for the purpose of contact tracing.
