Athletic Yoga - Earth to Body




Is all about creating internal strength so we can handle our external environment, with more capability, more capacity and more work space.

As our program has evolved so have the movement variables, physical demands and need to train specific joint capsule and deep tissue.

Athletic Yoga will focus on passive and active stretching both lengthening and strengthening tissue giving us access to better end ranges and greater strength capabilities complementing the rest of our program.
