We break up the heavy lifting and high intensity days with our second signature workout; Primal. Our Head Coach and Founder, certified Animal Flow instructor and Onnit Academy Trainer developed this day with primitive movement sequences and play in mind. Joint mobility, stability and flexibility the goal training with predominantly bodyweight only and permission for play!
Our Primal Coach Molly is a well respected Yoga instructor, reiki healer and in-house play artist who guides the session with bush sounds and tribal beats.
