EARTHTOBODY™ 12 Week Leaner Greener Game Plan not only provides the platform to fully commit to your health and fitness goals, it provides for self growth, discovery and connection that you may not have expected. The LGGP is Earth to Body’s ethos and principles in a purposeful step by step plan. A plan to transition to a whole food, plant focused approach to fueling your body, education around energy balance and the nutrition model, embracing a life of movement, challenging your body’s abilities and above all, sharing the journey with like-minded people. It’s a tribe journey as much as it is your own journey!

8WK HUSTLE FOR LEAN - NUTRITION
  • This program is for those who want to commit to 8 weeks of structured clean eating and regular training to facilitate fat loss and a leaner physique! With easy to follow plant based recipes you will be able to boss your day-to-day lifestyle and crush your goals by simply following along.

    No counting calories, no weighing food, just follow the plan and results will follow. Pair this with the Athletic Training stimulus provided at EARTHTOBODY™ and expect increased energy levels, floods of endorphins, a motivation boost from accountability tools and support from a community that’s with you every step of the way

  • This program is for those who want to commit to 8 weeks of structured clean eating and regular training to facilitate muscle growth. This will be 8 weeks laying down the foundations covering core principles to building lean muscle mass (coming soon)
