Our Strength Days follow proven linear progression principles, meaning week-to-week we gradually increase weight on the barbell to ensure smart, progressive overload and progress is made. We train unilateral exercises to target weaknesses or imbalances and functional bodybuilding sets for muscle building gains! We also allocate time for 2 conditioning blocks. Immerse yourself in the electric atmosphere, big beats and get your sweat on using our unique Technogym, self powered skillmills and rowing components before a decompression cooldown flow to finish the session.
