The 12 week leaner greener game plan is simply incredible! You will not find another plan like it. It's not a challenge, but a lifestyle change. The help and accountability weekly is amazing, Adrian and Chrissy were there to push me and give me advice every step of the way. Doing the game plan during lockdown was interesting, but my lockdown experience would have been so different if it hadn't have been for the game plan! I felt pushed and motivated to keep up with training, and to set intentional time to move my body each day. The transition to plant based eating was made so simple with the beautiful meal plans/nutrition guides that were filled with so many delicious recipes that left me feeling nourished and energised. This game plan has improved my overall health in so many ways, and has always been way more than simply a number on the scale. I am so grateful for all the work the Earth to Body team has put into creating this plan, and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about making sustainable lifestyle changes for the long term!

The game plan was incredible and definititely exceeded my expectations! I was hoping to lose a little weight and get fit after gaining some covid kilos. Instead I managed to significantly improve my strength, become fitter than I've been in years, reduce my back pain and sleep better - losing nearly 10kgs was simply an added bonus! My skin is clearer and I feel lighter, happier and healthier overall. I've done other "challenges" and haven't had the same level of support and accountability as with the game plan. The regular check ins were also really helpful in staying motivated and keeping me accountable. I had a friends wedding and an injury during the 12 weeks and Chrissy and Adrian were able to offer advice for food and training in the check ins so I was able to stay on track and keep working towards my goals. The meal plans were also delicious, flexible and never boring. I would absolutely recommend the game plan to anyone looking to lose weight, improve their strength, train harder or just feel better overall.
