If you haven't tried us out, our 5 SESSION INTRO is perfect to see what it's all about.
First timers are encouraged to book into our STRENGTH sessions to begin. Seasoned trainers with a good fitness base are welcome to book any of our STRENGTH or PERFORMANCE sessions.
Sessions run for 55 mins. Please arrive 10 mins prior to meet our coaches and be orientated through the facility and shown how to use some of our unique equipment.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
No, we cater to all fitness levels and ages. There are super fit people who train here but they all started somewhere. We push each other with positives vibes and encouragement no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

WHAT SESSIONS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We recommend our STRENGTH sessions Tuesday (lift) Thursday (squat) and Friday (upper push) if you're just starting out. This allows coaches to assess your movement during the compound lifts, offer tips and correct anything before the workout ramps up. Our PERFORMANCE sessions Horsepower, Wolfpack, Upper (Pull) and Weekend sessions are faster paced suitable for athletes coming from other programs with a good fitness base.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE INTRO CLASSES?
It's completely up to you. We're confident you'll love it and we're ready to help onboard you to the program to ensure your success. If you decide the programs not for you though, we'll be sorry to see you go but respectfully understand.
