DEAN (Coach)

I have been passionate about training for the past 17 years having been a member of many different gyms, focusing on strength and hypertrophy. Overtime I have made the natural progression towards strength and conditioning. I truly believe Earth To Body has the most beneficial training and nutrition platform to guide members in the right direction to achieve whatever individual goals they have.

I have a background training in various disciplines of martial arts currently Muay Thai and close quarter combat.

My philosophy is whatever the human mind can conceive and believe it can achieve and I will be there to encourage and help you on your fitness journey.

I’m excited to be a part of the coaching team at Earth To Body where I have the opportunity to combine my experience and passion while mentoring and pushing all the legends I get to meet in the Earth To Body community.

LAURA (Coach)

I came into the fitness lifestyle quite late, starting at the gym in my mid-twenties to try and lose some weight.

What I ended up finding was a passion for exercise and health that eventually culminated in me becoming a personal trainer and coach. I discovered leading an active lifestyle is so beneficial, not only for your body and mind, but the grit you develop turning up to every single tough sesh naturally flows through the rest of your life.

As a coach I love encouraging people to work towards their own personal best and get a little bit better every time they train. I’ll push you each class with a big smile on my face and you better believe there will be a fist bump waiting at the end.

With a background in strength and high intensity interval training I love the variety that Earth to Body offers each session. You will also struggle to find a more welcoming community! I look forward to coaching and training alongside you.

ADRIAN (Coach)

Fitness has always been an integral part of my life.  In younger years I played competitive football in Eastern and Southern Leagues.  I studied Exercise Science at Australian Catholic University before leaving this to pursue a career in the fire service.  I have been a full-time firefighter for over 17 years working previously for CFA and now Fire Rescue Victoria.  During this time, I have completed many challenges including Ironman Triathlons, 100km Oxfam trail run, cycling from Brisbane to Cairns over 9 days and many others.  I am always up for a challenge and like to have a goal to work toward.

Before coming to Earth to Body I tried various other group and functional fitness brands.  Most recently I trained in CrossFit and while this has given me a good base and technique in some movements, Earth to Body has taken my fitness and strength to another level.  The genuine community of this place is amazing, from the first session I was welcomed in as part of the family, and I’ve never felt more at home in a gym.

As a coach I aim to push you to achieve more than you think possible of yourself while ensuring every session keeps you wanting more!

DEB (Coach)

Deb is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer who has been a leader in group fitness training activities for the past 20 years.  She specialises in strength and resistance training along with conditioning, high intensity interval training and yoga practice. Deb is a supportive and caring trainer who loves to motivate and inspire people to achieving their goals and beyond. You will find her energy, enthusiasm and friendly nature will deliver that extra push that you may need in the tougher parts of your workout!

ERICA (Coach)

Exercise has always been a part of my life; I grew up as a competitive dancer, netballer & started weight training after school. Since then I had always been a solo trainer, however since discovering and training at E2B my views on group training have taken a complete backflip – and I now have the BEST training environment.

I love the feeling of making progress and believe we are all lifelong learners. Whether that’s learning new movements, increasing strength, improving my technique or further building my fitness – it’s incredibly empowering and that’s the exact feeling I want for the members I coach. Transitioning from tribe member to coach at E2B means I still get to enjoy the sweat and fun – but I also get to deliver it, and I love it. Amongst the necessary discomfort (haha!) training should be something you enjoy.

I will challenge you, push you, and support you but above all will make sure your session is the best part of your day!

My journey in the world of fitness is not just professional but deeply personal.

Having gone through my own transformation shedding 20kg, exercise has become a non-negotiable. I understand the challenges and triumphs that come with the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and through my experience, inspired my love for Coaching and Personal Training.

I am passionate about the many benefits strength & conditioning provides from injury prevention to easing mental health symptoms, fitness should be a part of everyone’s life!

The E2B community are beyond welcoming and will meet you at whatever fitness level you're at.
