Who is this for: 

This program assumes you can run a 5km distance with the goal of completing a 10km distance over a 11 week preparation. Expect to train 5-6 times per week with de-load weeks and peak weeks.

Weekly Structure - 2 Additional Run workouts per week geared towards your goal + recommended Earth To Body sessions to attend.
